Wayne's is the author of two books in three languages. His articles have appeared in publications ranging from the Globe and Mail to association and corporate newsletters. His books have been translated into Italian and Spanish and instantly become a best seller for McGraw-Hill. He appears frequently on radio and television interview programs to discuss knowledge management, effectiveness, new opportunities and improved efficiency. He has also worked with companies to help them design programs to increase market share in a cost effective manner. "The results were

Working as a personal coach to business executives, and relying on his extensive technical background gained while working as a systems engineer and product manager, Wayne understands what motivates both technical and executive audiences. Usually a top ten finisher, Wayne began road racing in 1986 in Canada.
