| In 1996 I rode the FZR400 #191 Jamie and I finished 10th in class out of a field of 50
bikes
My most memorable experience: When I decided to pass another rider on the right just as Don Monroe, National Champion decided to pass me on the right. We had a brief coming together. I lost my entire front brake assembly from my handlebar, and entered the next corner without brakes. |
Seen here passing on the outside after realizing earlier in the race just how fast you could really take this corner without brakes! (see sidebar) |
